Epoxy is tough stuff! Around 25 hours work wearing a mask and using 100 sanding disc's, beginning with 80 grit over the entire boat, then 120 grit and finally 220 grit, then a good cleanup will lead to a smooth hull and a clean workshop, leaving only all the hand sanding remaining.
